Turkish Dumplings, filled with ground lamb meat, onion, black pepper and dry mint, topped with garlic yoghurt & sizzling butter.
Shish Liver
Lightly floured chopped Albanian liver cooked on the grill, served with Esme salad, onion, parsley, sumac and tortilla bread.
Vine Leaves (v)
Homemade grape leaves stuffed with rice, onion, raisans and spices, served with soured cream.
Grilled Veggie (v)
Selection of aubergines, courgettes, mixed peppers, potatoes, cooked on the grill, beetroot, mozzerella cheese and mixed leaves with olive oil, garlic, parsely and basil sauce.
Mix Cold Meze (v)
Selection of Humus, Baba ganoush, Cacik and Aubergine napolitano.
MAINS

Grilled Salmon
Grilled Salmon fillet cooked in the oven with potatoes, carrots, courgettes and asparagus.
Moussaka (v)
Layeers of potatoes, courgettes, aubergines, and mixed peppers, topped with Bechamel sauce and cheddar cheese.
Beef Delight
Beef fillet cooked on the grill, served with peppercorn sauce, baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
Mixed Grill
Selection of lamb chops, lamb kulbasti, chicken kulbasti, chicken wings and adana kebab, cooked on the charcoal grill, served with bulgur.
Karides Tava
Sauteed King Prawns, mixed with peppers, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic and spring onion, servd with rice.
DESSERTS
Chocolate Soufflé
A unique and classic chocolate fondant soufflé with a liquid chocolate centre, served with Vanilla Ice-cream.
Raspberry Torte
A cream cheese mousse sitting on a pasttry base, topped with a layer of vanilla sponge finished with a natural gel and topped with whole raspberries.
